Deliveries are carried out by third-party courier or logistics companies from Monday to Saturday during standard working hours.

A signature is required upon delivery. If someone other than the ordering customer signs for the package, we are not responsible. Once the package is opened, we are not liable for product damage. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our Customer Care via email at info@nairutivyutpadan.com or through the Contact Us page on our website. Any shortages should also be noted on the ‘Proof of Delivery’ copy and returned to the delivery agent.
